2Cookies and Tracking Technologies

5Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law:
- Active subscriber data: retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years for billing and tax compliance
- Prospect and lead data: retained for up to 3 years from last contact or interaction
- Website analytics data: Google Analytics retains data per your account settings (default 14 months); Clarity retains recordings for 30 days
- Support tickets: retained for 5 years
- Email marketing records: retained until you opt out, after which we retain a suppression record to honor your opt-out
- Deleted accounts: we remove personal data within 90 days of a verified deletion request, except where legal obligations require retention
6Email Marketing and CAN-SPAM Compliance
We may send you commercial email communications, including cold outreach via Instantly, nurture sequences, product announcements, and educational content. All commercial emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act:
- Every commercial email includes our physical mailing address
- Every commercial email includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism
- We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
- We do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information
- Transactional emails (invoices, account notices) are not subject to unsubscribe, as they are required for service delivery

7SMS and Email Communications
